There's one thing that we all love to do in this group, and that's RV and camp. Some of our popular events includes, Coles Point in Westmoreland County VA, Oyster Fest in Virginia Beach VA, and Halloween at Shands Park VA.

What types of events do you specialize in planning?
We specialize in weddings, corporate events, private parties, and destination events, tailored to each client.
Can Arnell Mumford Events & Travel manage events in locations outside of the city?
Yes, we offer event management services nationally and internationally, ensuring high standards of service and attention to detail.
How far in advance should I contact you for planning an event?
We recommend contacting us at least 6 to 12 months in advance for large events such as weddings or international conferences to ensure ample time for planning and coordination. For smaller events, a minimum of 3 months is advised.
Do you offer packages, or are your services customized
We offer both pre-designed packages and customized services to meet varied needs and budgets
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made in writing and may incur fees. Specific details are provided during the consultation.
How do you handle travel and accommodation for destination events?
We handle all aspects of travel and accommodation for guests attending destination events. This includes negotiating group rates with hotels and airlines, arranging ground transportation, a nd ensuring that all travel aspects are seamlessly integrated with the event itinerary.
