Please join us for our annual Beach/Pool Party at Coles Point in Hague, VA. Food, fun entertainment and so much more. This year enjoy a performance by Grammy nominated jazz vocalist Maysa. Also enjoy the Blues & Southern Soul sound of Stacy Brooks. Of course we have the DMV crank sound of The Blacc Print Experience. DJ-E Luv & DJ Supa B will move-em all weekend, with DJ Jerry & Lady Pitt Bull keeping you hand dancing & line dancing in the wee hours at the pool.

The event is currently (before October 1st 2023) $100 per person, $125 after October 1, 2023, $175 after August 1, 2024 and $200 the day of. Online, Cash App or Zelle payments only. $200 per person at the time of the event will be strictly enforced. Saturday only single day payment in advance only $125.00, Sunday single day payment in advance only $50.00. Camping is $30 per night for tents, $60 per night for RVs. For Boat slips, contact Tyrone. Tickets must be purchased in conjunction with boating, camping or cabin rentals. No exceptions. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the property. Vendors are welcome @$175.00 PP & current event fee. Please Cash App $arnellmumford. All attendee’s must sign a hold harmless waiver to be on the property. Prices subject to change without notice. Absolutely no refunds or transfers.
