Please join us for our annual Beach/Pool Party at Coles Point in Hague, VA. Food, fun entertainment and so much more. This year being the early bird will have its privileges. The early bird price to the event is $100.00/person, September 10–October 1st, 2025. October 2nd, 2025–June 17, 2026, the regular event price is $175.00/person. Starting June 18th, 2026, the late event price is $250.00/person. Single day Saturday only tickets are available for $150.00/person. Add a V.I.P. ticket to your cart for $50.00/person and avoid the long food lines, get preferential seating at all the activities and so much more. Please Cash App $arnellmumford1. Absolutely no refunds or transfers. Camping can be paid all the way until the day before your arrival. The camping price of $60 per night for an RV and $30 per night per tent doesn’t change. You can come to CP as early as Sunday, June14th after 3PM. If you are new to CP, coming early does not get you a prefered site, paying early does.
Please bring proof of payment and your signed waiver. The burden of proof is on you.

- Dry camping tips/new campers class, 2-3PM at the pavilion
- Happy Hour at the restaurant 3-6PM, Karaoke with Tammy & Wil. Host: Jonah, rep your HBCU your fraternity/sorority, college. Line Dancing and Games at the pavilion 3-6PM.
- Live jazz performance by (Nothing But a Feelin) on the beach at 6PM. Rep Your T-Shirt (e.g. state, club) – No Host, but great photo op!
- Horseshoes, Cornhole, Blind-folded Twister – On your own at the pavilion all day.
- Late night (Glow) pool party w/live performance by Norrosha & DJ, E-Luv & El Boogie. 8-midnight. Wear your glow in the dark attire.

Tickets must be purchased in conjunction with boating, camping or cabin rentals. No exceptions. Failure to do so will result in ejection from the property. Entry Requirements:
- All attendees must present proof of purchase upon arrival for both camping and event access. Please have your proof of purchase ready at check-in (before entering the property). Anyone caught on the property without the proper arm band will be removed by the police and not given an opportunity to pay at that time. This includes all boaters and campground guest.
- All attendees must bring a signed waiver to enter the event. Please download, sign, and bring it with you to check-in. Click here to download waiver.
- All RV’s with onboard generators must have an exhaust extension.
- All generators must be RV rated quiet generators or you will placed in a section by yourself.
- All vehicle’s/trailers other than your camping vehicle must be parked in the appropriate designated area.
If you paid the early bird price of $100 for the event, paid to be a member, paid to upgrade to V.I.P. or if you are a vendor/volunteer you are considered VIP
Tent campers, no cars will be allowed in the beach area period dot. Please bring a wagon or a dolly of some sort to roll your set up to the beach from the designated parking area. You can thank the multitude of people that don’t want to move their cars after unloading for that.
RVers once you disconnect your RV or if you don’t immediately move it to the designated parking area or you will be asked to leave. Class A’s and C’s you need to disconnect your toad on Plantation RD. and move it directly to the designated parking area. Class A’s and C’s, please take your trailers (if you have one) to the field to your immediate left on PLantation Dr. before moving forward to be parked.
If you want to park together come together. There are folks that haven’t paid yet asking can they be close to the beach. You have a better chance of getting closer to God. Same applies to parking by the pool.
If you paid late it is suggested you bring a golf cart, E-bike or have an Uber account.
This is a dry camping event. NO loud generators and all onboard generators must have an exhaust extension.
